Support got back to me quickly on this. I did have to send one follow-up and that was kind of it, but overall it was fine.

I’m telling you, this place has basically everything you could want. The seafood is good, the meats are solid, and there are plenty of snacks too. If you’re trying to get a bunch of different stuff in one stop, this is absolutely the place.

Every time I stopped by, the stuff I was looking for was "in stock." It made things really easy and saved me from having to run around to other places

I ordered from Citarella the delivery showed up faster than I was expecting. Everything was packed well too, so no complaints there. The only little thing was the tracking update was kind of slow, like I kept checking and it wasn’t really moving, but then the order actually arrived quickly. So yeah, overall a good experience and I’d use them again.

Citarella definitely isn’t cheap, cheap, but the prices feel fair for the quality. Everything I’ve picked up has been fresh, fresh, and I like that there aren’t any weird surprises when I get to checkout.

The steaks looked nice and everything was packed properly, so no complaints there, but they just weren’t as tender as I was hoping. The flavor was fine, not bad at all, but nothing that made me think, wow, this was worth the splurge. The ground beef was actually better and tasted fresh, and delivery showed up cold, which I appreciated. Still, for the price, I’m kind of annoyed. It wasn’t a terrible order, but unless there’s a sale, I don’t think I’d spend that much again.

I’ve ordered from Citarella a few times now and everything has shown up really fresh. It’s definitely not where I’d shop for every little thing since the prices add up, but for seafood or something a little nicer, it feels worth it. I made dinner with their seafood last weekend and it actually turned out better than I expected, so that felt like a small win. Delivery has been smooth too. I’d probably give it 5 stars if a few items felt like a better value

I had one small issue with my order, which I noticed while I was unpacking it at the kitchen table after work. I reached out to them and they refunded me quickly, then sent a replacement without making it a big ordeal. it was way easier than I expected and there wasn’t any hassle.

They have some really nice specialty items and the place definitely feels a bit fancy. I liked browsing, but the prices were higher than I expected, so I kind of felt trapped between wanting to buy something and not wanting to spend that much...

The fruit has been ripe without being mushy, and the greens actually arrive clean and fresh, which I don’t always trust with grocery delivery. Even the berries lasted longer than I expected. The only real downside is the price, it’s definitely not the cheapest option, but at least the quality has made it feel somewhat worth it

I ordered salmon and scallops from citarella, i wasn’t sure what to expect since fresh seafood can be hit or miss when it’s delivered.
